Buying a beat online takes about two minutes. Knowing what you're getting takes a little longer — here's the checklist we give every first-time buyer.
1. Pick the license for your goals
Just writing or testing a song? Start small. Planning a real release, radio, or shows? Go for a tier that covers the streams and rights you'll need. You can always upgrade later.
2. Know which files you get
Lower tiers usually include an untagged MP3, mid tiers add a WAV, and top tiers add tracked-out stems. If you're getting it professionally mixed, WAV or stems are worth it.
3. Read the license (really)
It spells out your limits, your publishing split, and how to credit the producer. Every Legion Beats license keeps the producer as owner, gives you 50% publishing, and requires the credit "Prod. by Legion Beats."
4. Checkout and delivery
