Refund Policy

Beat licenses are digital products delivered instantly. Once files are downloaded, the license cannot be returned, so all sales are generally final.

When we will refund

You were charged twice for the same order.
You never received your files and we can't get them to you.
The files delivered are corrupted or incorrect and we can't replace them.
You purchased the wrong license tier and have not yet used the beat commercially — we'll refund or credit the difference.

When we can't refund

You changed your mind after downloading the files.
You no longer need the beat or your project changed.
An exclusive license that has already been removed from the store on your behalf.
Custom production or mixing work that has already been started or delivered.

Custom work

Custom production, features, and mixing are booked with a deposit. The deposit covers scheduled studio time and is non-refundable once work begins. Before work begins, the deposit can be moved to another date or applied to store credit.

Email hello@legionbeats.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We answer every message and we'd rather make it right than argue about it.
