Licenses

Every beat is licensed, not sold. What you can do with a beat is defined by the specific license tier you purchase, including streaming, distribution, and monetization limits. Legion Beats and its producers retain ownership of the underlying composition and master in all non-exclusive tiers.

Unless your license says otherwise, production credit is required: "Prod. by Legion Beats" in the title or description of any release.

Free beats

Free downloads are for non-profit demo and evaluation use only, must include production credit, and may not be distributed, monetized, or registered with any content ID service. Buy a license before you release.

What you can't do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw beat files as your own product.
• Register a beat with a content ID system unless your license permits it.
• Claim authorship of the instrumental.
• Use our beats in content that is unlawful, hateful, or defamatory.

Payments and delivery

Purchases are processed by our beat store and payment partners. Files are delivered digitally on successful payment. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the beat or service in question.
